13.1  You may close your x11111 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

13.2  x11111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, where:

15.3  Nothing in this clause shall prevent x11111 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests.
